FreeHand Sketch- Jean Augustine

A freehand sketch done on charcoal paper, is an imitation of Jean auguste Dominique’s original painting Vicomtesse d'Haussonville, born Louise Albertine de Broglie. Materials used were white charcoal, and black soft charcoal pencils.

Sketching has always been a great way for me to pass time, on the left I showcase my skill in classical sketching, but with Doodle 0.1 it was more of a whimsical feel that grew to have its own personality. I decided to screen print this sketch in a 3D illusionary effect to mirror the disharmony in the image. Taking this print piece digitally, I further edited it in Adobe Photoshop where i brought it to life utilizing Adobe Animate to show the different color transitions.
